Currently, we offer one-on-one, 60 minute sessions. That could be weekly or bi-weekly based on the client’s choice.

** During the coaching session an objective conversation allows our clients to discuss their current challenges and identify what gets in the way for their accomplishment.

** Through some structured questions, our clients will be able to navigate their way to a practical plan designed by them -the clients- to ensure that the action-steps are reachable and workable.

Mindful Eating means you be present intentionally to focus your mind/senses to what you eat, how and where. Mindful Eating is a powerful one of the mindfulness techniques. “Mindfulness” is an amazing tool for those who are seeking a purposeful fulfilling living.
You might be watching your eating habits to build healthy habits and to improve your lifestyle. Or,  you could be doing so to follow your dietitian’s guidelines for a reason or another.

Whether you’re joining our program because you have a health condition that requires a certain regimen or because you are managing your weight and trying to be thoughtful about your food choices, there’s a lot for you to learn and to accomplish. Our program will help you to practice gratitude and to cultivate awareness of the relationship between what you eat and how you feel.

Stress -especially intense and chronic stress- could have a significant impact on our overall health, which means it might affect us so badly that we become physically sick, mentally disturbed, or emotionally exhausted. Therefore it is very important for anybody who experiences anxiety at some level to address their stress and make efforts to manage it before it develops into serious issues.

Stress management means that you can cope and deal effectively with your stress in a way that you reduce the feeling of overwhelming while increasing your resilience and self-motivation. Our program helps our clients to bring work-life-balance into their daily routine, which is essential for enjoying a fulfilling life!
