It is the Self-Care Project, and my intention is that of aiding exhausted or overwhelmed women to catch their breath. And, to help them incorporate the holistic approach and the awareness of self-care into handling daily challenges; in order to overcome the stress and reduce the sad moments.
Self-care is not only going for shopping with your friends or getting your hair and nails done. Self-care is also way more than making the space for yourself to relax while reading a book or watching your favorite movie!
